What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment by screening applications and coordinating interviews
  • Helping onboard new hires and making sure their first week goes smoothly
  • Maintaining and organising HR records across departments
  • Assisting with performance review cycles and internal HR communications
  • Being a helpful first point of contact for basic team queries

What we’re looking for:

  • 0–1 year of HR experience or a relevant degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable with sensitive information
  • Good communication skills — written and verbal
  • Someone who genuinely cares about people and wants to build a career in HR

Talent Acquisition Specialist Remote | Full-Time

We’re growing, and we need someone who knows how to find great people — not just fill positions. You’ll own the recruitment process for roles across development, design, marketing, and more.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Writing and posting job descriptions that attract the right people
  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Screening applicants and coordinating interview stages
  • Keeping hiring managers updated throughout the process
  • Managing multiple open roles at the same time without dropping the ball

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency
  • Strong sourcing skills and a good instinct for cultural fit
  • Excellent communication and process management
  • Experience hiring across a range of roles and disciplines
