When a client has a question, a problem, or just needs someone to follow through — you’re the person they hear from. This role is about being reliable, clear, and helpful without making clients feel like they’re talking to a ticketing system.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling client queries across email and chat promptly
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Logging and tracking support tickets through to resolution
  • Following up to make sure clients are actually satisfied
  • Flagging recurring problems to the right people internally

  • 1–2 years of customer or client support experience
  • Strong written communication — clear, warm, and professional
  • Ability to explain technical things in plain, simple language
  • Patient, organised, and reliable under pressure

Technical Support Executive Remote | Full-Time

You’ll be handling the more technical side of client support — troubleshooting website issues, coordinating with developers, and making sure clients aren’t left waiting when something goes wrong.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues for clients
  • Coordinating bug fixes and updates with the development team
  • Managing support requests through the ticketing system
  • Documenting solutions so recurring issues get resolved faster
  • Communicating technical updates to clients in plain language

What we’re looking for:

  • Background in web development or IT support
  • Experience with CMS platforms, particularly WordPress
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a calm head under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple open tickets without losing track
